BEST COCKTAIL HOUR EVER! I'll never be able to enjoy another one quite the same. The mozzarella station was killer. Our guests raved about the food. My only regret was not getting to sample everything, though I did my best with a little help from my friends (curry chicken was dee-licious).
The salad was wicked good (I can still taste the tuna) and the filet mignon/sea bass was a huge hit. Everyone loved the passed deserts. Please extend my compliments to the Chef. Thanks for everything.

I just wanted to thank you again, everything exceeded my expectations. The food (& presentation) was unbelievable - I can’t tell you how many people made it a point to tell me how good the food was. My contemporaries go to their fair share of parties & are quite the critics & thus far I’ve been told that “it was so nice not to have the same old same old again”, “the food was so different”, “it was the best party food we’ve ever had”, “the waiters were so nice”, “I couldn’t believe the bartender remembered what I was drinking & had it ready for me by the time I made it to the front of the line”, “the mozzarella was so good - I’ve never seen anything like it”, “I think this is the first time my son ate at one of these”, “I love that I didn’t have to choose between the meat & fish & that I didn’t have to share with my wife“.
